三浦半島、松輪江奈港から大型船を含め4隻を所有する大松丸のコマセ真鯛船に乗船させていただきました。YouTubeなどでの露出は一義丸、成銀丸などに比べてそれほどありませんが隠れ家的に常連に人気の船宿になっているようです。早速見ていきましょう。

【1.予約時の対応】(reservation system)

釣割から予約後、前日に確認の電話がかかってきました。電話応対は丁寧でストレスはありませんでした。

After making a reservation through the fishing reservation system Cho-Wari, I received a confirmation call the day before. The person on the phone was relatively polite.

【2.受付のわかりやすさ】(reception)

★★★☆☆

船宿は松輪江奈港から少し離れた場所にあります。県道215号線（上宮田金田三崎港線）を松輪江奈港へ向かう途中の左側に看板が見えてきます。

The reception is located a little away from Matsuwa Ena Port. Along Prefectural Route 215 (Kami-Miyata Kaneda Misaki Port Line) on the way to Matsuwa Ena Port, you’ll see a sign on the left side.

【3.受付の対応】(customer service)

女将さんが受付をされていたようでした。対応は丁寧ですが常連宿のためこちらから質問しない限りは船までの行き方などの積極的な案内はありません。大根がたくさん置いてあり、持っていていいとのことでした。アットホーム感のある受付です。

While the service was polite, there wasn’t proactive guidance provided until I asked about it, such as directions to the boat. There were plenty of daikon (Japanese radish) placed around, and it was indicated that guests were welcome to take some. The reception had a homely atmosphere.

【4.船までの移動】(transfer to the boat)

船宿から松輪江奈港駐車場までは車で3分ほどです。駐車の場所によっては船まで多少歩くことがありますので先に荷物をおろしておくのもよいかもしれません。駐車場から歩いて船に向かいます。

It’s about a 3-minute drive from the reception to the Matsuwa Ena Port parking lot. Depending on where you park, there may be a long walk to the boat, so it might be a good idea to unload your luggage beforehand. You’ll then walk from the parking lot to the boat.

【5.駐車場の混雑】(parking lot)

松輪江奈港の共同駐車場は1日500円。船に近いところから埋まっていくため遅く行くとかなり船から遠いところに駐車せざるを得なくなります。たくさんの船宿があるため土日は帰りも大変混雑します。

The parking lot at Matsuwa Ena Port costs 500 yen per day. Since spots closer to the boat tend to be taken first, you may have to park considerably far from the boat if you arrive late. Due to the presence of numerous boats, weekends and holidays can also lead to significant congestion for return departure.

【6.乗船のわかりやすさ】(boarding)

週ごとにローテーションで船宿の乗船場所がかわるため、自分で船を探す必要があります。桟橋側の一番奥にありましたが、船が縦列していて船名が見えないため探すのが大変でした。桟橋自体に移動できるような看板があると良いかと思います。

As the boarding location of the boat house rotates weekly, you’ll need to locate your boat yourself. It was located at the far end on the pier side, but since the boats were lined up, it was challenging to find as their names were not visible. It would be helpful to have signs on the pier indicating which boats are located, facilitating easier navigation.

【7.船の設備】(facilities)

大型船(1号船）でトイレが個室2,外2で女性用トイレもありました。電子レンジ、お湯ポット、エアコンなど設備は完璧です。バケツ（四角いボックス）、オキアミ用かご、ロッドホルダーの添木など必要なものも人数分以上に全てそろっていました。

All the necessary items, such as buckets (square boxes), baskets for bait, and rod holders with supporting wood, were provided.

【8.船の清潔感】(sanitation)

前の乗船と思われるゴミが残っていたりはしましたが、不衛生な印象はありませんでした。

While there was some litter from the previous boarding, there was no impression of the unsanitary boat.

【9.レンタル道具】(rental tackles)

★★★☆☆

常連客が多いためかレンタル品を使用している方をみかけませんでした。レンタル自体は電動リールセットでも無料で提供されているようです。

Due to the large number of regular customers, I didn’t notice anyone using rental equipment. However, it seems that rental equipment, including electric reel sets, is provided free of charge.

【10.席の決め方】(seating)

先着順で受け付けで船の空いている席札をとって受付に渡します。残念ながら、確保した席はルールを守らない常連の方が勝手に座っていて座ることができませんでした。船宿からルールは守るような案内を出す必要があるかと思います。

Seats on the boat are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You take a plate indicating the available seats and hand it over at the reception. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sit there despite securing a seat because a regular customer who didn’t follow the rules had taken it. It seems necessary for the boat house to issue guidance reminding everyone to adhere to the rules.

【11.船長の説明】(instruction)

★★★☆☆

出発後簡単なアナウンスがあります。指示ダナのアナウンスはありますが、基本的には他にアナウンスはありません。タナが変わったときにはその都度再アナウンスがあります。ポイント移動の前に再投入を控えるアナウンスがあってからの移動のため、投入後すぐに”上げてください”がなく良いです。

After departure, there is a brief announcement. While there are announcements regarding instructions for rigging, there are generally no other announcements. Whenever there is a change in fishing spots, it is announced again. It would be beneficial to refrain from immediately calling out “pull up” after casting until an announcement indicates to refrain from recasting before moving to the next fishing spot.

【12.船長の積極性】(hospitality)

中乗りはいませんでしたが、おまつり解決やタモなどで操縦室から出ている様子はありませんでした。遠くからずっと見守っている感じです。ポイント回りは久里浜と剣崎を数カ所ずつでした。

Even though there was no other assistant boarded, The captain stayed in the pit without helping customers. The boat traveled around several points, including Kurihama and Kenzaki, stopping at several spots at each location.

【13.船長の対応】(captain)

無口な印象ですが、穏やかな人柄でした。乗船客が威圧感を感じることはないと思います。

He gave a quiet impression but seemed to have a gentle personality. Passengers wouldn’t feel intimidated by him.

【14.中乗りの対応】(boat attendant)

★★☆☆☆

大型船でしたが片側8人ずつ16人が乗っていましたので隣と2mほどの間隔がありながらもおまつりが多くありました。この人数であれば中乗りを入れた方が良いでしょう。

Although it was a large boat, there were 16 people onboard, with 8 people on each side, allowing for approximately 2 meters of space between each person. Despite this spacing, there were frequent tangling issues among passengers. With this number of people, it is better to have assistants on board.

【15.常連客の態度】(regular customers)

ほとんどみなさん常連客のようでしたが、常連同士で仲が良く、初めての方には居心地があまり良くないかもしれません。

Most of the passengers seemed to be regulars, and they got along well with each other. However, for first-time visitors, the atmosphere might not have been as welcoming.

【16.乗客の密度】(space)

大型船とはいえ、片側8名はコマセ真鯛ができるギリギリの人数のようでした。週末ということを考えると、20名以上詰め込む船宿もある中、人数を制限しているのかたまたまなのかはわかりませんが、比較的快適でした。

Having 8 people on each side seemed to be the maximum capacity for red snapper fishing even for a large boat like this. Considering it was a weekend, while boat houses cram in over 20 people, I’m not sure if the limitation on the number of passengers was intentional or just happened to be the case. Nonetheless, it was relatively comfortable.

船着き場の受付付近に水道施設があります。

There was a water supply facility near the reception area of the dock.

【18.船宿の公開情報】(boat information)

★★★★☆

大潮でしたが、水が澄んでいて活性が悪く船中真鯛1匹で私を含む15人が真鯛ボウズという残念な結果にもかかわらず、釣果報告にはしっかりのせてありました。他の松輪の船が釣果をのせていないのに対して、釣れても釣れなくても公開しているところは評価される点であるかと思います。

Despite the spring tide, the water was too clear and the activity of the fish was poor. Only one red snapper was caught, resulting in an unfortunate outcome of a red snapper “skunk” to the other passengers including me. However, the fishing report of the boat on their website was diligently posted. This commitment to transparency, whether the catch is good or bad, contrasts with other Matsuwa boats that may not disclose their results. It’s a commendable point.

【19.料金体系】(price)

松輪の船宿はコマセ餌、氷が別料金で他の船宿と同じ料金体系になっています。

Bait and ice are charged separately, and the boat price is a flat rate at Matsuwa port, following the same pricing system as other boat houses.

【20.アフターフォロー】(follow up)

船長と軽く会話する機会がありましたが、見栄を張るような感じでもなく良い人柄でした。

I had the opportunity to have a brief conversation with the captain. He seemed to be a nice guy.
